There's a full review in book one and indeed on The Comics Laureate Recommended Reading List, for this is the cleverest of comedy no matter how bombastic it looks on the outside.

Essentially this: Looshkin is a bright blue, hyperactive cat who terrorises his household, alonng with anyone else in ill-advised proximity. Not intentionally. He's just mad as a bag of spiders. When Looshkin wakes up in the morning he's already set his sights on the day's trajectory, and he's not going to let anything as flimsy or prosaic as reality get in his way.
